We strive to connect stakeholders working on climate change issues, fostering a collaborative platform built on shared goals and principles to minimize climate impact.
To combat climate change in Iraq and promote environmental sustainability through innovative solutions, education, and advocacy.
IC3+ is committed to fostering resilient decarbonization solutions for current and future Iraqi generations by reducing carbon footprints, conserving biodiversity, and empowering communities to adopt sustainable practices. Our dedication extends to raising awareness, shaping policies, and collaborating with like-minded partners to build a future where Iraqis can breathe clean air, drink safe water, and thrive in a pollution-free environment. IC3+ strives to catalyze lasting environmental change, ensuring a healthier, greener, and more sustainable Mesopotamia for generations to come.
We believe that meaningful change happens through collaboration. By joining forces with NGOs, governmental agencies, and community partners, we amplify our impact and drive sustainable solutions. Together, we share knowledge, resources, and expertise to address key challenges and create lasting positive change.

We work hand in hand with communities most affected by climate change, helping them adapt, build resilience, and shape sustainable futures. Through inclusive planning, education, and local partnerships, we ensure that vulnerable populations are not left behind but are empowered to lead the response to the climate crisis.
IC3+ offers end-to-end MRV support for climate mitigation and adaptation projects, from system design to implementation and independent review. Our team develops sector-specific MRV frameworks aligned with IPCC Guidelines, Paris Agreement transparency requirements, GHG Protocol standards, and Article 6 provisions. We design indicators, baselines, and data-collection tools; build geospatial MRV systems using QGIS/PostGIS and remote-sensing data; and establish robust QA/QC procedures to ensure that emissions, SLCPs, and resilience outcomes are measured consistently and credibly over time.
Beyond emissions accounting, IC3+ integrates evaluation and valuation into MRV so that climate projects can demonstrate real impact and value for money. We assess socio-economic co-benefits (jobs, health, livelihoods), apply cost–benefit and marginal abatement cost analysis, and translate results into clear dashboards, briefs, and reports for governments, development partners, and climate-finance providers. Through training, coaching, and co-development of tools with national institutions, IC3+ helps partners build sustainable in-house MRV capacity that supports stronger project design, implementation, and long-term scaling.
